  • Orders: Means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • You: Refers to the individual accessing or using the Service or the legal entity on behalf of which the individual is accessing or using the Service.

2. Your Order Cancellation Rights

2.1 Cancellation Period
You are entitled to cancel Your Order before 5 PM on the day of order without providing a reason. We try to ship your order by 5 PM on the day of order of all working days except holidays and Sundays, thus, cancelling order after 5 PM on the day of order is not possible once your consignment is handed over to courier partner.

2.2 How to Cancel Your Order
To exercise Your right to cancel, You must inform Us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do so by:

  • We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from receiving the returned Goods.
  • The same payment method used for the Order will be applied, and no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

3. Return and Refund Policy

3.1 Eligible Returns
You may return a product under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect book(s) or title have been delivered.
  • Books have been delivered in a damaged condition.
  • There are missing or defective pages.
  • There is any other manufacturing defect.

3.2 Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return requested after two days of receiving the order.
  • Books with tampered ISBN numbers.
  • Returned books not in the original packaging.
  • No longer needed for personal reasons.
  • If the customer doesn't like the content of the ordered books.
  • Books ordered in error or mistakenly.

3.3 What Happens If I Do Not Receive the Parcel or Return It?

  • If the customer does not receive the parcel and it is returned, the customer will be charged for reverse shipping fees and 2.5% gateway charges while getting the refund.
  • For returns, the customer must send the books at their own expense or opt for a pickup with reverse shipping charges.

3.4 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the book(s) have been returned in good condition.
  • Once initiated, you will receive an email confirming the return details.
  • The refund amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-14 business days.
