At Student Bookstore, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below to understand your options.

1.     Eligible Returns

You may return a product under the following circumstances:

1.1.  Incorrect book(s) or title have been delivered.

1.2.  Books have been delivered in a damaged condition.

1.3.  There are missing or defective pages.

1.4.   There is any other manufacturing defect.

2.     Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

2.1.  Return requested after two days of receiving the order.

2.2.  Books with tampered ISBN numbers.

2.3.  Returned books not in the original packaging.

2.4.  No longer needed for personal reasons.

2.5.  If the customer doesn't like the content of the ordered books.

2.6.  Books ordered in error or mistakenly.

3.     What Happens If I Do Not Receive the Parcel or Return It?

3.1.  If the customer does not receive the parcel and it is returned, the customer will be charged for reverse shipping fees and 2.5% gateway charges while getting the refund.

3.2.  For returns, the customer must send the books at their own expense or opt for a pickup with reverse shipping charges.

4.     Refund Process

4.1.  Refunds will be initiated only after the book(s) have been returned in good condition.

4.2.  Once initiated, you will receive an email confirming the return details.

4.3.   The refund amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-14 business days.

5.     How to Initiate a Return

5.2.   Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting images (if applicable).

5.3.   Follow the instructions provided by our team to complete the return process.
