Return Policy

At Student Bookstore, we are committed to providing high-quality books and a seamless shopping experience. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a return or replacement under the following policy.

1.     Eligible Returns

You can request a return within 2 days of delivery under these conditions:

1.1.  Incorrect book(s) or title have been delivered.

1.2.  Books have been delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

1.3.  There are missing pages or misprints.

1.4.   There is any other manufacturing or binding defects.

2.     Non-Eligible Returns

Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

2.1.  Return initiated after two days of receiving the order.

2.2.  Books with tampered ISBN numbers or removed labels.

2.3.  Missing original packaging.

2.4.  Books ordered by mistake or changed mind.

2.5.  If the customer doesn't like the content of the ordered books.

2.6.  Books returned without valid reason or used books.

3.     What Happens If I Do Not Receive the Parcel or Return It?

3.1.  If the customer does not receive the parcel and it is returned, the customer will be charged for reverse shipping fees and 2.5% payment gateway charges will be applied for the refund.

3.2.  For returns, the customer must send the books at their own expense or opt for a pickup with reverse shipping charges.

4.     How to Initiate a Return

4.1.  Contact our customer support team at [support@studentbookstore.in] within two days of receiving your order.

4.2.   Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting images (if applicable).

4.3.   Follow the instructions provided by our team to complete the return process.

5.     Refund Process

5.1.  Refunds will be initiated only after the book(s) have been returned in good condition.

5.2.  Once initiated, you will receive an email confirming the return details.

5.3.   The refund amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-14 business days.
