How do I register or create an account on Student Bookstore?

1. Click on the Registration on the homepage.
2. Fill in your name, phone number and password.
3. Submit the form to create your Student Bookstore account.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

1. Click on the Login.
2. Select the ‘Forgot Password?’ option.
3. Enter your registered email address or phone number.
4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

How can I update my account information?

1. Log in and Go to your My Account dashboard.
2. Click Edit Address or Account Info.
3. Save the changes after updating.

How do I place an order?

1. Browse by category or search by book title/author.
2. Click on the book to view details.
3. Click ‘Add to Cart’ and proceed to checkout.
4. Enter delivery details and complete the payment securely.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept only online payments: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is Currently not available.

Can I track my order status?

1. Log in to your Student Bookstore account.
2. Navigate to ‘Track Order’.
3. Check real-time order status and tracking ID (if applicable). For order- related queries, contact support@studentbookstore.in.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is typically within 1-3 business days in Chennai. For other Tamil Nadu locations, it may take up to 5 days depending on courier availability. We ensure fast delivery of engineering and medical books through trusted local logistics partners.  Please contact support@studentbookstore.in for more detailed information.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, international delivery is not supported. We only ship within India, with primary focus on Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

What is the return policy?

 You could request a return only if the book received is Incorrect, Damaged, Missing pages or Defective print. The Conditions are raising a return within 2 days of delivery, Provide clear image as proof, Refunds are processed only after review and approval.

How do I initiate a return?

1. Email support@studentbookstore.in with your Order ID and issue details.
2. Attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

2. Enter the book title, author name, ISBN or Publisher.
