It has been designed as a guide for the undergraduate dental students to understand and memorize the important facts of the subject. It will also help all the BDS and postgraduate students to refresh their basics about the subject while preparing for their examinations. This book is divided into four parts and each part contains chapters descriptive of the division. The book concentrates only on the conventional fixed prosthodontics, the other aspect being implant-supported fixed prosthodontics. The text has been compiled in a point-wise manner and includes references from various articles published in journals mentioned at the end of each chapter. Well-drawn illustrations, which can easily be reproduced by the students, have been included to enhance the understanding of the subject.
